All of the following conditions must be met to use v7v7v services. If any condition is not met, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close the account.

2.1 Age Requirement

Only individuals aged 21 or above may create an account and play on v7v7v. A national identity card or other government-issued document may be requested to verify age at the time of registration or at any stage thereafter. Operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, payment method or identity document is prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts and any bonuses earned through them will be forfeited.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

v7v7v reserves the right to restrict services for users in certain areas. It is the user's own responsibility to ensure that online gaming is not legally prohibited in their location. Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographic restrictions is prohibited.

2.4 Mental Capacity

It is mandatory to provide accurate and complete information when registering an account on v7v7v. Registering with false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure.

3.1 Registration Process

The following information must be provided accurately when creating an account:

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Verification Process (KYC)

Identity verification ("KYC") may be required before deposits, withdrawals or certain other activities. A copy of your national identity card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if verification is not completed.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. The maximum deposit limit is determined by the payment method and account level. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The following conditions apply at the time of withdrawal:

• The account must be fully verified
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method (exceptions may apply in some cases)
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met (for withdrawals from bonus balance)
• There must be no active investigation or verification process

4.4 Refund Policy

Funds deposited into a gaming account are generally non-refundable once credited. In exceptional circumstances (such as a technical error), the decision on any refund will be made by v7v7v and that decision will be considered final.

4.5 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). v7v7v is not responsible for any issues arising from currency conversion or exchange rates.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳2,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳4,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement
• A bonus may only be claimed once (where applicable)
• There may be a maximum withdrawal limit from bonus funds
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering
• Bonuses have a set expiry date — unused bonuses are cancelled after expiry

5.3 VIP Program

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, v7v7v reserves the right to cancel the bonus, close the account and forfeit any winnings earned. Abuse includes:

• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts
• Meeting wagering requirements with low-risk bets
• Exploiting the bonus system in a coordinated manner

The following rules must be followed when playing games on v7v7v. Violating these rules may result in account suspension or closure.

6.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by a neutral random number generator (RNG) that is regularly tested by independent auditors. There is no possibility of tampering with game results. In any dispute regarding a game result, v7v7v system logs will be considered the final evidence.

6.2 Technical Issues

If the internet connection is lost or a technical issue occurs during a game, the system will attempt to automatically save the game state. However, v7v7v is not obliged to provide compensation if game data is lost due to a technical failure.

6.3 Fair Play Policy

All players will have equal opportunity. The use of automated software, bots or any tools to gain a strategic advantage is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities will result in immediate account closure.

6.4 Special Rules for Live Games

If a chat feature is available in live dealer games, the use of disrespectful, offensive or threatening language is prohibited. Misconduct towards a dealer or other players may result in chat access or account restrictions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the v7v7v platform. Involvement in any prohibited activity will result in permanent account closure and legal action where applicable.

7.1 Fraud and Deception

• Creating or operating an account under a false identity
• Use of stolen or unauthorized payment information
• Chargeback fraud or payment deception
• Manipulation or misuse of the bonus system

7.2 Money Laundering

v7v7v complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering is strictly prohibited. Suspicious transactions will be reported to our compliance team.

7.3 Technical Manipulation

• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the system
• Use of automated betting software or bots
• Interfering with or modifying game software
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass restrictions

7.4 Underage Gambling

Creating or operating an account on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Violation of this condition will result in the forfeiture of all deposits.
